Instructions

  1. Cut the rind of the roast with a sharp knife in a diamond shape. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread all of the salt on it. Brush the roast generously with mustard and season with pepper. Place the roast on the bed of salt and roast at 200 ° C for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours.
