Samsa with Potatoes and Green Onions Instructions

  1. Prepare food for samsa with potatoes and green onions. Defrost the dough at room temperature.

  2. Finely chop the peeled potatoes.
  3. Chop the pre-washed and dried green onions and add to the potatoes.
  4. Salt the filling, add spices to taste.
  5. Add garlic passed through a press to the filling. Stir the filling.
  6. Cut a layer of puff pastry into squares.
  7. Roll out each square.
  8. Put 1/4 of the filling in the middle of the square.
  9. Fasten the ends of the dough in the center.
  10. Fold in opposite ends of the dough. So make 3 more samsas.
  11. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put the samsa with potatoes and green onions seam side down on a baking sheet.
  12. Beat the egg, grease the surface of the samsa with it.
  13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  14. Bake samsa for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
