Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces and then cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes (if you like, you can rub the meat with spices beforehand).
  3. Drain the mushrooms, pineapple, asparagus and tangerines well. Save the juice of tangerines or pineapples.
  4. Put the finished noodles in a bowl, add the fruits and vegetables. Then ketchup and mayonnaise are mixed in and seasoned with the spices. To make it creamier, the fruit juice is mixed in with a spoonful. The salad should stand cold for 1 hour before consumption. Stir again before serving.
