Dust the meat with flour and fry well in a wok with peanut oil. Add onions and garlic. Then add peppers and mushrooms. Season with pepper, turmeric, salt and curry. Fry well, then deglaze with coconut milk. Add the curry paste, fish sauce and sweet soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sliced banana 5 minutes before the end. Serve with rice.
Tip: Curry for turkey is quite hot, add depending on your taste.
