Ingredients

• 150 g ham, cooked, cut into fine cubes
• 7 cucumber (s), (pickles) cut into fine cubes
• 5 egg (s), cooked and cut into cubes
• 1 medium onion (s), peeled and finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
• 8 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 150 g crème fraîche
• some salt and pepper, whiter

For decoration:

• Egg (s), sliced
• Cucumber
• Peppers, strips
• Toast bread, sliced

Instructions

1. Mix the ham, pickles, eggs, onion and chives in a bowl by hand.
2. Add the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, salt and pepper and continue to mix well. Maybe a little more seasoning.
3. Then put the whole mass in a cool place for about an hour, then it will be a little firmer.
4. Spread the mixture on slices of toast, decorate as desired.
5. If desired, the mixture can be thinned with 2-3 tablespoons of cream and used as a dip.
