A simple and affordable spread for egg sandwiches, fried onions and herbs. A slice of bread with such a delicious and aromatic spread is a wonderful addition to a cup of tea or coffee. Great breakfast or snack!
Put the eggs in a saucepan or stewpan, fill with water, add 2-3 pinches of salt, set on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 8 minutes. Then we cool the boiled eggs, pouring them with cold water.
Wash green onions and dill, dry and chop finely with a knife.
Peel the onions, wash and cut into small cubes.
We clean the boiled eggs from the shell, put in a deep bowl and knead into crumbs with a fork.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. stirring occasionally, fry the onions over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, until light golden brown.
We send the fried onions to the egg bowl.
Add chopped green onions and dill. Salt, pepper and stir.
