Preheat the oven to 180 °. Fry the diced meat in the oil over high heat, it should not be done yet, but it should have turned color. Drain on paper towels.
Cook the macaroni al dente.
Fry the onion, carrot and bacon in the pan for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and tomato soup, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the macaroni with the meat, tomato sauce and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
