Instructions

  1. Cut the honeydew melon and strawberries into pieces. Divide the vanilla pods lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Puree the melon and strawberries very finely. Bring to the boil with the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the packet while stirring. Finally add the vanilla pulp. Pour into glasses and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
