Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into even slices. Dust with cinnamon and mix with the raisins if necessary. If you like, you can soak the raisins in the rum beforehand.
  2. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter. Knead everything together and process into fine sprinkles. Grease the baking sheet. Spread two thirds of the crumble on the baking sheet and press firmly, pushing up the edges a little.
