First cut the salami and onions into small cubes and press the garlic. Now pour the corn into a sieve and let it drain. Wash, core and dice the peppers.
Now fry the salami with onions and garlic in the oil for about 5 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients and let the whole thing stew for about 15 minutes.
Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
If you like it spicy, you can also add chilli flakes.
