Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
Sauté the onion in hot clarified butter. Then add the turkey breast strips and shortly afterwards the sauerkraut. Let everything stew for about 5 minutes. Carefully fold the quartered tomatoes into the sauerkraut mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the cabbage and pasta alternately in a baking dish. Scatter the grated cheese on top. Mix the cream with marjoram and pour over the casserole.
