Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the peeled potatoes. Sour chew (drained well), eggs, breadcrumbs and flour under the potato mixture and season with the spices.
  2. Smooth about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in a pan and fry on each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden.
  3. (If desired, fold the bacon crustles into the mixture)
