Take the sauerkraut out of the can and chop it up. Heat the lard in a saucepan and fry the sauerkraut in it. Season with caraway seeds. Mix the white wine, vinegar and meat stock and pour in. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Clean and wash the carrots and cut into sticks. Clean and wash the pepper and cut into sticks. Now cut the sausages into slices and place them in the sauerkraut pot with the vegetables. Season everything with salt and pepper and cook covered for 20 minutes.
