Instructions

  1. Drain the sauerkraut and cut into small pieces. Coarsely grate the beetroot. Cut the onion into cubes. Finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, chives and 2-3 tablespoons of oil. If you like, you can also add a little caraway.
