Instructions

  1. Wash sauerkraut and cook in water and spices until soft. Strain the sauerkraut well, mix in the grated potatoes and sour cream. Spread the cabbage mixture on 2/3 of the strudel dough. Brush the remaining dough with melted butter and roll everything up. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  2. Serve as a side dish or with a salad.
