Instructions
Cut the meat into large cubes (cut off the bones if necessary), sear them, remove them. Steam the onions until translucent, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize. Add meat, sauerkraut, cream and drained pineapple pieces. Let simmer for approx. 1 hour.
With mashed potatoes!
