Instructions

  1. Put the cooked potatoes through the potato press while still warm and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Waffles are now baked from the potato dough in a coated waffle iron. Possibly grease the waffle iron a little beforehand.
  2. A herb quark or a salmon dip goes very well with the finished potato waffles.
