Instructions

  1. Grate raw potatoes, mash boiled potatoes, cut smoked bacon into small pieces and leave out. Put the bacon and the sausages cut into pieces in a baking dish. Mix the potato mixture with the cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Add spices to taste and add everything to the bacon and sausages. Bake at 220 degrees on the middle rack for about 60 minutes.
