- Drain the water or oil from the canned food, divide each piece of fish in half, remove the ridge.
- Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into slices.
- Cut the bread into 1 cm slices.
- Preheat a grill pan and brown the bread on both sides until crisp.
- Rub the croutons with garlic to taste.
- Cut the egg into slices.
- Lightly brush the sandwiches with mayonnaise.
- Place the tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise.
- Place a boiled egg on top of the tomatoes.
- Then we spread the saury.
- And decorate with the remaining mayonnaise or fresh parsley.
