Fry the green beans with bacon, onions, garlic, salt and pepper in the pan where the sausages were previously.
Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish and brush with crème fraiche. Then put a layer of sausages on top and put the beans with bacon on top. Finally, top with the 2 types of cheese. Depending on the size of the baking dish, it can be topped up again in this order.
