Soak the stale bread roll in the warm milk. Peel the shallot, cut into small cubes and sauté in a pan in a little oil. Season the minced meat with the salt and pepper. Squeeze out the soaked roll and add. Whisk an egg and add to the minced meat. Mix the sweated shallot with the mustard and capers into the minced meat mixture and mix everything well.
Place a sausage on each of the Maasdam slices and wrap in the cheese.
Place a quarter of the minced meat mixture on cling film and roll out. Place a sausage wrapped in cheese on each of the rolled-out minced meat mass and roll it into the minced meat with the help of cling film. Make sure that the roll is closed all around and at the ends.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the minced meat rolls all around.
Arrange and serve the sausage, cheese and minced meat rolls.
