Instructions

  1. Press the meat out of the sausages and form small dumplings. Fry these in olive oil. Remove. Chop the onion and sauté in the gravy. Add the tomato paste and wine and season with salt (possibly not necessary), pepper and sugar. Add the cream (less depending on your taste). Add the dumplings again and let them steep for 10 minutes over a low flame.
  2. Spaghetti goes best with it.
