First peel and dice the onions. Then halve the sausages and cut into slices. Fry everything in a heated saucepan with a little oil so that almost all pieces of sausage are lightly browned. Then deglaze with water (here you take as much sauce as you want later to have). Then add a little vegetable stock and the mushrooms. Let everything simmer a little so that it pulls through a bit. Now, one after the other, add paprika strips, tomato paste, corn and the packet of sauce powder.
Only season to taste with paprika powder, salt, pepper, vegetable stock and ketchup.
If the sauce is too thin, just add some starch or dark sauce thickener.
Noodles taste best with it - but potatoes can also be served with it.
