Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, turn the leftover sausage through the meat grinder. Roast the onion in oil, then add the sausage mixture and roast well. Season to taste with mustard and (if you like) a lot of marjoram. Depending on the type of sausage, it may also be necessary to add salt and / or pepper.
  3. When the pasta is ready, drain and mix with the sausage mixture.
  4. As a side dish, I prefer to make a potato and lamb`s lettuce salad. Because this is also very filling, the 250g pasta is enough for 3 people.
