Ingredients

• 500 g sausae (Lyoner), cut into strips
• 5 large egg (s), hard-boiled, diced
• 3 pickled cucumber (s), chopped
• 1 apple, sweet, cut into small pieces

For the sauce:

• 1 jar mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 squirt Maggi
• salt

Instructions

1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and carefully fold in the mixed salad sauce. You can possibly stir a little more water into the sauce to make it a little smoother.
2. The salad should stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
