Cut the sausages into thin slices. Halve the onions and cut into strips. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Fry the sausage slices in a little oil until crispy. Place the fried sausage slices in a bowl and mix with the curry powder.
Fry the onion strips in the remaining oil in the pan until they are translucent. Add balsamic vinegar, honey and mustard, stir and reduce. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the balsamic onions to the sausage slices and mix well. Add the diced paprika and mix well again.
