Peel the sausage, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Also cut the cheese into strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into wafer-thin rings. Cut the pickles into slices as well.
Then make a marinade from 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and 1 sachet of ready-mixed mixture. Mix all ingredients with the marinade and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
