• 30 g tomato (s), dried
• 30 g olives, reen, pitted
• 1 small onion (s), red
• 200 g cottae cheese
• salt
• pepper
• Tabasco or chili powder

Instructions

1. Wash tomatoes and peel the onion. Chop into very fine cubes together with the olives. Then stir in the cottage cheese (if it is too firm, add a dash of milk). Then season the cream with salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste.
2. Goes well with fresh farmer`s bread, but also crispbread.
