Cut and wash the lettuce. Put the corn and the finely chopped cucumber - if you want other ingredients - in a bowl with the salad. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
Mix the flour, eggs and milk thoroughly with a mixer or whisk until everything is well mixed together. Heat some margarine in a coated pan. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle. One ladle is enough for a pancake. Spread the diced ham, spring onions and cheese in portions over the dough. Let it fry briefly and then fry the pancake on the other side for approx. 1 - 2 minutes until golden brown.
Put the pancake on a plate. Either pour the prepared salad over a large area or divide it on half if you want to fold the pancake. Salt and pepper and drizzle with the Sylter-style salad dressing.
Tip: The pancakes will be particularly fluffy if you add a little less milk, but instead mineral water.
