Clean the savoy cabbage, remove eighths of the stalk and cut or slice crosswise into fine strips. Put the savoy cabbage strips in plenty of boiling salted water, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix the herb vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar, caraway seeds and horseradish. Then mix with the oil.
Pour the dressing over the lukewarm cabbage. Mix and let it steep.
