Be sure to leave the savoy cabbage raw, do not blanch! Cut the savoy cabbage and radishes into small pieces. Cut the parsley and chives as finely as possible and add to the savoy cabbage and radishes in the salad bowl.
For the dressing, mix together the soy sauce, oil, vinegar and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let the salad stand for 15-20 minutes.
