Instructions

  1. Wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips, cut the onions and potatoes into cubes. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside.
  2. Fry onions, potatoes and savoy cabbage in portions and season, sprinkle with flour on the last portion, then deglaze with broth and sweat.
  3. Let everything stew in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes. Sear the mince and add to the savoy cabbage with the bacon and stir together, season everything together, season again if necessary.
  4. Grease the baking dish, fill in the savoy cabbage and sprinkle with the cheese, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
