Quarter the savoy cabbage, cut out the stalks and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces.
Heat the butter and fry the onion in it until translucent. Add savoy cabbage and paprika, fry briefly, season with salt. Pour in the stock and cream and simmer everything on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
Finally, season strongly with rose paprika, pepper and cayenne pepper.
