Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips. Peel and roughly dice the onions.
  2. Dice the bacon and leave it in a large pan until crispy, then remove it. Fry the meat in the frying fat, also remove it. Now briefly fry the potatoes with savoy cabbage and onions in the frying fat. Then dust the flour over it and sweat it. Then stir in 1/2 liter of water and bring everything to a boil. Stir in the broth and cover everything over a medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir the crème fraiche and now the bacon into the vegetables and season as needed.
