Cut the onions into small cubes and steam them until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the savoy cabbage well and cut roughly, place on the minced meat and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the broth and simmer everything for 15 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the cream and pour the thyme over it, simmer for another 10 minutes.
