Instructions

  1. Prepare the savoy cabbage, wash, quarter and cut into fine strips or slice. Sauté the diced onions in hot butter. Cut the tomatoes into slices (scald and peel beforehand as desired). Mix the savoy cabbage, onions and tomatoes, season and cook the dish for 30 minutes. Dust over the flour, stir well, bring to the boil briefly and season to taste again.
  2. Goes well with meatballs and pan-fried foods.
