Cut all the vegetables into small pieces (carrots in slices). Cut the Cabanossi into slices and fry in a drip.
Remove and fry the soup greens and onions in the frying fat of the Cabanossi for 5 minutes, season with thyme, salt and pepper and pour in the broth. Then add the paprika and savoy cabbage and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Just before the end of the cooking time, add the Cabanossi and the baked beans and heat them up. We like to just eat a fresh roll or baguette with it.
