Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the savoy cabbage, onion and bell pepper. Cut the meat into small strips.
  2. Add the salted water for the rice noodles. Cook the rice noodles. When they are done, add a little oil, stir and pour into a larger serving bowl or casserole dish.
  3. Season the meat in oil with salt and crushed pepper and sauté. Add the peppers and as soon as some liquid has settled from the pan, transfer them to a bowl. Add new oil to the pan, fry the savoy cabbage and onions together, as soon as the savoy cabbage slowly collapses add the meat with the paprika and frying liquid. Let simmer and gradually deglaze with a little vegetable stock until the savoy cabbage is nice and soft. Not too much, liquid should only be minimal towards the end. Cover the two cups of cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the savoy cabbage slices over the rice noodles and stir well.
