• 2 packs vanilla sugar

• 50 g raisins
• some lemon peel, grated
• Flour, for rolling
• Margarine, for frying

Instructions

1. Grate cold, peeled potatoes in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything with the hand mixer to a smooth dough.
2. Shape small balls, roll in the flour and fry in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
