Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables.
  2. Sauté in oil, salt and pepper. Fill up with approx. 1.5 l milk, possibly add a little vegetable stock. Let everything simmer gently for 20 minutes, then pour in the cream. Dice the ham and add it as well. Season again with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Garnish with chives if desired.
