Wash the scallops and pat dry. Squeeze half a lemon in a bowl, refine with the mentioned spices, add the white wine and let the scallops soak for an hour.
Arrange the lamb`s lettuce according to your own taste, with half an onion, half a red pepper and spring onion, spices, oil and vinegar.
Dice half an onion and sweat briefly in the hot fat. Then fry the scallops on both sides for about two minutes. Remove, add the sauce to the pan, add a peeled tomato and sweet cream, simmer briefly.
Let the scallops soak in it for a moment. Place the scallops on top of the lamb`s lettuce, garnish and serve immediately.
