Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and add the mussels. Swirl over a low heat without the butter turning brown. Add the chopped garlic. Now add the chopped parsley and wine. Then season with salt and pepper. Steam the mussels on a low heat for twenty minutes. Add the cream before serving.
  2. We use ribbon noodles as a side dish.
