Instructions

  1. Wash the scallops and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the red pepper into rings. Wash the spring onions and coriander greens - cut the spring onions into 3 cm long pieces and pluck the coriander greens.
  2. Cook the Mie noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packet (it actually works very quickly).
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the scallops - if there is not enough space in the wok - in 2 portions for about 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the onions, peppers, spring onions, five-spice powder and sesame seeds to the wok. Salt and fry for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the sesame oil, coriander greens, pasta and scallops and let them get hot together. Then season with salt and soy sauce and serve.
