Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the scallops - if there is not enough space in the wok - in 2 portions for about 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add the onions, peppers, spring onions, five-spice powder and sesame seeds to the wok. Salt and fry for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the sesame oil, coriander greens, pasta and scallops and let them get hot together. Then season with salt and soy sauce and serve.
