Wash the beef fillet, pat dry and cut into approx. 3 cm cubes. Press the garlic into the olive oil and add the spice mixture. Put the meat cubes in the oil marinade and cook in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Soak the scampi in the BBQ sauce in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Place 7 scampi and 5 marinated beef cubes alternately on 6 wooden skewers.
Grill on the grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
