Cook and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Finely dice the onion and garlic. Briefly fry the prawns with a little oil in a pan on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté the onion in the same pan, then add the garlic with a dash of cream and simmer a little. Stir in the pesto and parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Finally add the washed spinach leaves and the prawns and simmer for just a few seconds.
Swirl the pasta in the sauce and serve directly on the preheated plates.
