Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, let the onions and garlic in it turn golden brown. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, add and after about 2 minutes pour in the wine.
  2. Season to taste with the herbs and spices. Put the scampi in the sauce and heat them up.
  3. Serve with rice or fresh baguette as a starter. I like it best when the dish is a bit pulled through.
