Thaw the prawns (if I have little time, I sometimes let them thaw just a little).
In the meantime, cut the spring onions and chilli pepper into rings, fry in a little oil and press the peeled clove of garlic. Then add the prawns and fry until they are done. Finally add the Mexicana sauce and cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Depending on your taste, add a little salt and possibly sambal oil to taste.
Serve with pasta (preferably with penne / rigatoni). It also tastes great when warmed up!
