Instructions
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, fry the prawns and season with salt, cardamom, turmeric, ginger and chilli. Then cut the tomato into cubes, add and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Now mix the rice and prawns together and serve.
