Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the salad ingredients. Mix a dressing from oil, lime juice and spices. Pour over the salad and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Then carefully fold in the diced sheep`s cheese. Instead of the lime juice, you can also use white balsamic vinegar.
