Instructions

1. Bring the stains to the boil in a large saucepan with salted water. Meanwhile, dice the onion and the ham.
2. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the onion, add the ham. Season with instant stock, then deglaze with a little water and add the sour cream. Add the processed cheese and let it melt.
3. Then season with salt and pepper and finally mix in the stains and the parsley.
4. A mixed salad goes well with it.
